Here's how you can make your own sambal ikan bilis with our signature anchovy (ikan bilis) and pre-packed ready-to-cook sambal paste, specially formulated by Jutongon. Packet comes with Sambal Tumis paste of 150g & 300g of Headless Anchovy (for 5 persons serving)
Method:
Stir fry paste with 2 red onions sliced in chunks for 2 minutes
Add the whole packet of anchovy and stir for another 3 minutes
Add 50ml of plain water and let it simmer another 5 minutes and serve or you may also store in a cleaned glass jar into the fridge after cooling down to room temperature.
Depending on preference, you may also first deep fry anchovy before mixing in sambal tumis paste.
Sambal Tumis Paste Ingredients: Dried Chili, garlic, shallots, tamarind paste, diced shrimps, sugar, salt, and cooking oil.

RM 1.00/km subsequently

The rate will differ:
- when riders take a different route
- by the weight and the size of the parcel
For the safety of your deliverer, we will determine on your behalf if the parcel is within the capacity of a motorbike or a car. You will be notified if there're changes.
By selecting self-pickup at checkout, no shipping will be charged.
You will be notified when your order is ready to collect via Whatsapp.
If you don't get our reply, simply whatsapp us to check on the status. If we still don't get back via whatsapp, means we are still in the midst of preparing other orders before you or attending to your order. You will definitely hear from us by the end of the day.
Self-collection is by drive-thru mode by stopping by our storefront to collect or schedule a time for us to put your goods into your car - only if payment is made prior to your arrival via online banking / e-wallet transfer.
