Dried sea cucumbers usually expands double to triple the dried sizes after soaking. Here's how:

  1. Rinse off the salt on the sea cucumber’s surface and the sand inside its cavity thoroughly. Be gentle: the sea cucumber could fall apart while cooking if its membrane is broken at this stage.
  2. Soak the sea cucumber in clean water for two days, change water every day. The sea cucumber can’t be in contact with any salt or oil until it gets soft. Some of the new available varieties take longer to soften. You can adjust the soaking time based on the situation.
  3. Slowly cook the soaked sea cucumber in boiling water for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn off the heat afterwards, cover and let cool. Cut it open and remove the organs inside. If the sea cucumber still feels hard, repeat the boiling process for two or three times, until it turns completely soft.
  4. Cook the sea cucumber as desired or store it in the freezer once it cools down. In terms of cooking, the lightly flavored sea cucumber should be paired with something that has a strong taste. Braising with spring onions, dried shrimp roe or abalone sauce is a more manageable option at home.

Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will ship the same business day when received before 12:00 p.m. PST. Orders in high demand will have an estimated production time listed on its product page and will ship according to the date listed.

We offer FREE tracked shipping in Malaysia. All packages are shipped via our warehouse located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within: 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping Times:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Malaysian warehouse.

West Malaysia: 3-5 business days (tracked shipping)
East Malaysia: 5-7 business days (tracked shipping)


Same-Day Delivery

First 5km = RM5 by Motorcycle
RM 1.00/km subsequently

First 5km = RM10 by Car
RM 1.00/km subsequently

The rate will differ:
- when riders take a different route
- by the weight and the size of the parcel

For the safety of your deliverer, we will determine on your behalf if the parcel is within the capacity of a motorbike or a car. You will be notified if there're changes.  

Self-Pickup

By selecting self-pickup at checkout, no shipping will be charged. 

You will be notified when your order is ready to collect via Whatsapp.

If you don't get our reply, simply whatsapp us to check on the status. If we still don't get back via whatsapp, means we are still in the midst of preparing other orders before you or attending to your order. You will definitely hear from us by the end of the day.

Self-collection is by drive-thru mode by stopping by our storefront to collect or schedule a time for us to put your goods into your car - only if payment is made prior to your arrival via online banking / e-wallet transfer.
