Weather changes can affect the body in many ways - dehydrated, dry cough and cracked skin. Traditional Chinese dessert soups are consumed for the purpose of combating these effects, particularly dessert soups made with sea coconut and snow pears as they have cooling and hydrating properties to nourish the skin, clear phlegm, relieve cough and moisten the lining of the throat.

1 litre of water

Boil for 45 to 60 minutes, serve warm or chilled. The taste is sweetened naturally by the curated ingredients. You may add honey rock sugar / brown candy bar / rock sugar to your liking.

Portion is ideal for 3 to 4 pax.
