Dollee Vegetarian Curry Paste is suitable for vegetarians but just as tasty with vegetables as the other Dollee Curry Paste. Be creative with your favourite tofu and vegetables to enjoy a healthy and incredibly delicious meal.

Cooking Instructions:

Serves: 5-6

Prep. Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 1 paket Dollee Vegetarian Curry Paste
  2. 600ml water
  3. 200g pre-sauteed aubergine, long beans, okra or vegetable of your choice
  4. 300g fresh cabbage
  5. 100g fried tofu puffs or firm tofu
  6. 200ml coconut milk
  1. Stir in 1 packet of Dollee Vegetarian Curry Paste into 600ml boiling water.
  2. Add 200g of pre-sauteed aubergine , long beans, okra or other suitable vegetables of your choice with 300g fresh cabbage and 100g fried tofu puffs or firm tofu. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables soften.
  3. Stir in 200ml coconut milk, bring to a quick boil and remove from fire. Serve hot with rice or bread.

    Tips:

    1. For best flavour:
      • Be creative and try this curry with all your favourite veggies and even potatoes! We recommend using vegetables which are firmer and hold its form after being cooked unless you prefer a softer texture.
      • Tastes best when made with coconut milk with a fat content of 25% or higher.
      • Serve hot.
    2. Spice Level:
      • for a milder curry, simply add slightly more coconut or fresh/low fat milk than required by the recipe.

Orders in high demand will have an estimated production time listed on its product page and will ship according to the date listed.

    We offer FREE tracked shipping in Malaysia. All packages are shipped via our warehouse located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

    The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

    Processing Time:
    Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within: 24 to 48 hours.

    Shipping Times:
    This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Malaysian warehouse.

    West Malaysia: 3-5 business days (tracked shipping)
    East Malaysia: 5-7 business days (tracked shipping)


    Same-Day Delivery

    First 5km = RM5 by Motorcycle
    RM 1.00/km subsequently

    First 5km = RM10 by Car
    RM 1.00/km subsequently

    The rate will differ:
    - when riders take a different route
    - by the weight and the size of the parcel

    For the safety of your deliverer, we will determine on your behalf if the parcel is within the capacity of a motorbike or a car. You will be notified if there're changes.  

    Self-Pickup

    By selecting self-pickup at checkout, no shipping will be charged. 

    You will be notified when your order is ready to collect via Whatsapp.

    If you don't get our reply, simply whatsapp us to check on the status. If we still don't get back via whatsapp, means we are still in the midst of preparing other orders before you or attending to your order. You will definitely hear from us by the end of the day.

    Self-collection is by drive-thru mode by stopping by our storefront to collect or schedule a time for us to put your goods into your car - only if payment is made prior to your arrival via online banking / e-wallet transfer.
