Ginger (small piece of Bentong Ginger)
Shred ginger and mix all ingredients together in the pot, boil it and cook for 20 minutes with brown sugar.
Regular consumption can warm the palace and improve the skin complexion. Reduce the consumption of less raw and cold food.
Consistently drink for about 5 days when menstruation comes, usually once a week or so, long-term persistence will reduce the symptoms of cold palace.
