Sambal Ikan Bilis Ingredients Combo

Here's how you can make your own sambal ikan bilis with our signature anchovy (ikan bilis) and pre-packed ready-to-cook sambal paste, specially formulated by Jutongon. Packet comes with Sambal Tumis paste of 150g & 300g of Headless Anchovy (for 5 persons serving)

Method:
Stir fry paste with 2 red onions sliced in chunks for 2 minutes
Add the whole packet of anchovy and stir for another 3 minutes
Add 50ml of plain water and let it simmer another 5 minutes and serve or you may also store in a cleaned glass jar into the fridge after cooling down to room temperature.

Depending on preference, you may also first deep fry anchovy before mixing in sambal tumis paste.

Sambal Tumis Paste Ingredients: Dried Chili, garlic, shallots, tamarind paste, diced shrimps, sugar, salt, and cooking oil.
